Personal data will be processed for: 1) implementation of the current recruitment process, on the basis of: a) Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO - i.e. your consent to the processing (which can be revoked at any time), 2) the implementation of a future recruitment process, on the basis of: a) Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO - i.e. your consent to the processing (which can be revoked at any time), 3) to establish, assert or defend against possible claims, on the basis of: a) Article 6(1)(f) RODO - i.e. the legitimate interest of the Administrator. 4) Implementation of operational activities in terms of personnel planning and policy (e.g. Group workforce planning, budget planning, etc.); a) Article 6(1)(f) RODO - i.e. the legitimate interest of the Administrator. 3. Personal data will be shared with employees and entities of the Administrator involved in this recruitment process. 4. Personal data will not be shared with other entities except for: a. entities that are entitled to obtain them under the provisions of the applicable law or b. entities which provide services in favour of the Administrator that require access to the data, such as: recruitment agencies recruitment test providers. entities providing recruitment services for the Administrator, in particular Columbus Pro sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Kielce, al. Personal data will be held for: a. until the end of the recruitment, but for the purpose of establishing, investigating or defending against possible claims for a period of 36 months after the end of the recruitment. b. in case you have given your consent to participate in future recruitments, your personal data will be stored until you withdraw your consent, but for no longer than 36 months 7. You have the right to: a. access to the content of their data and their rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, b. object to the processing, c. data portability, d. revoke consent to data processing at any time, e. lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection. 8.
